CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- The candidate should be a graduate from any recognized university.
- Should possess good fluency in English & Regional language – Hindi, Marathi
- Should be able to comprehend client's products and their usage
- Should be able to converse very well with clients in order to sale/promote the client's products
- Should have working knowledge with Computers
- Should be aggressive & competent with Sales function/cycle
- As an Associate, the candidate should manage healthy, cordial, ethical relationship with the customers assigned in line with the client's policies and procedures
- Should be able to navigate through various client applications (Eg: CRM, Billing System, Terminologies)
- Generate Sale from the existing customer base by outbound calls
- Up sell of products by understanding the customer requirements and usage
- Evaluate need of the customer & suggest appropriate products as per feasibility
- Responsible to meet sales targets provided monthly and YTD
