This position requires Customer Handling Skills as defined below in the role deliverables and role based competencies
The position is required to handle and resolve various subscriber requests, queries, complaints received through the non voice modes of letters, faxes, chats and emails sent to tatasky email id
To own the subscriber issue – not as an interaction but view it as an opportunity to build a long lasting relationship with the subscriber ensuring that every subscriber whom we interact with becomes a ‘Loyal Subscriber’ and a ‘Brand Ambassador’ for Tata Sky
The role requires the individual to attend to a SR by owning and understanding the subscriber issue / request, providing a suitable resolution to his stated needs, identifying the unstated needs and providing solutions and alternations options within the TAT committed to the subscriber
The associate seeks referrals from the subscriber and records them. The executive follows-up with the referrals provided by the subscriber and converts them into active viewing Tata Sky subscribers
Ensuring that subscriber interaction is used as an opportunity to deliver exceptional service for effective service recovery, create service as a differentiator to derive value from subscribers and make them loyal to Tata Sky and thereby generate opportunities for Revenue generation, Revenue enhancement and Revenue protection opportunities in every interaction
